Mudslingers began in 1997 with John Hansen in Denver CO. Since then, we have helped hundreds of people learn the 26000 year tradition. We work with small groups of 2 to 20 people so we can focus on the foundation of throwing and hand building.
We offer workshops, classes and memberships. Workshops are 2 hours long and is a great introduction to the throwing process. Classes are 5 weeks and you will learn bowls and cylinders, two of the three basic shapes.
If ceramics is something you want to get good at, we offer memberships where you can spend as much time as you need to practice and make what you want. We will help you with a plan so you practice, learn and get better over time.
