SUMMARY:Chester County Juneteenth Festival 2021
DESCRIPTION:The Voices Underground Project is coordinating Chester County Juneteenth Festival\, Journeying Towards Freedom\, a series of keynote and community events throughout Chester County. The celebration will start on June 12 with a Juneteenth Kickoff Celebration\, A united faith community\, followed by the Chester County Planning Commission’s summer Town Tours and Village Walks on June 17th. The Festival’s keynote events will take place in and around Kennett Square the weekend of June 18\, featuring nationally-known speakers\, performances\, and tours. From June 12th through July 3rd\, local programs and celebrations will be held in communities across the county\, including visits to historic sites.
